Too Cool For School

If you’ve been checking out this humble blog for quite some time, you must have hopped on our 1st and 2nd set. Finally, I bring you the geekiest of them all! (Well, the pics have quirkiness written all over them!) haha!

Oh, boy! I must say, this set is my fave!!! I insanely enjoyed playing around with kimi! :D Aaaaaand the best part?  I finally got to wear a crazy geek-inspired outfit! The hipster glasses added a dash of nothing but pure FUNNNN! (I just had to put emphasis on it! haha)

I just couldn’t help but giggle as I relive the moments we had! :) Truly, friendship outlasts time. Kimi’s a sure proof of that! :) What more can I say?

Fun shoot + friends I adore (kimi and shey+ chitchats over food (I tasted the best beef steak that day) =  GOODIE GOOD TIMES

What I wore was a mingle-mangle of plaid button-up, mint green pleated shorties, red belt, ridiculously cute pink socks, nude oxfords with cut-out details, and hipster glasses to squeeze out the geek in me ;)

Who would have thought that these pieces would match?

The trick? Stick to one color palette or better yet, abide to the theme you want to work on.

Strange as it may seem, but I absolutely love how awkward I look here! hahaha!! *tries to hide my smile but laughs out loud anyway*

Awesomesauce!!  I’d rather be both! haha

Hope you had fun today! :)

In Full Bloom

Pardon my long hiatus. There has just been an unexpected turn of events. I’d rather not bother you with the trivial details. So yeah, hope you get the picture. ;)

But you know what, this means only one thing! I’ve got a load of stories to share! haha

Well here’s one:

This is the second set of what transpired during our photoshoot with Shey. Quite different from the first one huh?

This time, we let the garden-themed vibe saturate the summer breeze. Knickknacks from Love that Booth and Something Splendid  did the trick! And oh, the sunny weather was also a major plus!

Look! There’s a rainbow! I don’t know how Shey did it but this one’s unedited.

Seriously, looking at the pictures makes me want to have a rainbow in each of them. haha! Oh,  the kid in me never died.

Don’t you just love how squared our outfits were? Donning colored cardigans over crochet detailed tops is a sure thing to do this season. Top it off with a hat of your choice, then you’re ready to bask under the sun!

You may also want to check out the other half of this photoset in kimi’s blog.

Let me redirect you to Shey‘s online portfolio as well. Here’s the link:

By the way, most of the pics were edited by Shey. Some of them were done by Kimi. Thank you guys!

PS: I can’t wait to post the last set! It’s the quirkiest of them all! Talk about F.U.N.!

Hope you’re having a great day! ;)

School Diary

I’m thrilled to bring you the final shots of what my lovely friend, Kim and talented buddy, Shey worked on few weeks ago! ;)

We missed school a lot that we wanted to dress-up as school girls! haha (did I just say I missed going to school?!)

Speaking of which, I can still vividly recall how kimi and I spent our midday breaks eating burgers all the time! (Yes, the SAME burger every time but I didn’t mind that at all. Thanks to my dearest momsie hihi)

Talking about random school happenings makes me miss my alma mater and miss the people I’ve been with all the more.

The foxy school girl meets the teacher’s pet.

(Disclaimer: I’m not a teacher’s pet, am I? HAHA This is just for photoshoot purposes) *wink

I certainly would have worn something like this to school everyday, if and only if there were no school dress codes to strictly follow. teehee
