In Full Bloom

Pardon my long hiatus. There has just been an unexpected turn of events. I’d rather not bother you with the trivial details. So yeah, hope you get the picture. ;)

But you know what, this means only one thing! I’ve got a load of stories to share! haha

Well here’s one:

This is the second set of what transpired during our photoshoot with Shey. Quite different from the first one huh?

This time, we let the garden-themed vibe saturate the summer breeze. Knickknacks from Love that Booth and Something Splendid  did the trick! And oh, the sunny weather was also a major plus!

Look! There’s a rainbow! I don’t know how Shey did it but this one’s unedited.

Seriously, looking at the pictures makes me want to have a rainbow in each of them. haha! Oh,  the kid in me never died.

Don’t you just love how squared our outfits were? Donning colored cardigans over crochet detailed tops is a sure thing to do this season. Top it off with a hat of your choice, then you’re ready to bask under the sun!

You may also want to check out the other half of this photoset in kimi’s blog.

Let me redirect you to Shey‘s online portfolio as well. Here’s the link:

By the way, most of the pics were edited by Shey. Some of them were done by Kimi. Thank you guys!

PS: I can’t wait to post the last set! It’s the quirkiest of them all! Talk about F.U.N.!

Hope you’re having a great day! ;)

Behind The Scene

This is just a quick break from my Bangkok posts. ;) Allow me to share what happened during the Summer Photo Fun Day yesterday.

Looks like Cham‘s ready for the shoot! Thanks to Jaime Salvador Theves of Obsession Hair and Make-up for grooming all the participants.

It’s interesting how Patet’s hairdo reminds me of Johnny Bravo, don’t you think so? ;)

By the way, he has the quirkiest blog name I’ve ever encountered. Would you agree if I’d say it is www.sweetpateto.blogspot.com? I just love how unique and catchy it is! Haha

Gelianne patiently waiting for her make-up to be done.

And oh, the shoes are just too lovely!

Cham and Kweshie trying to beat the summer heat with an umbrella and fan on hand.

With my sister and Renz, also known as ‘the traveling nomad’. Please click this to visit his amazing travel blog. He’d surely take you to places you’ve never been to or heard of!  ;)

This is just a bird’s-eye view of what transpired yesterday. My sister and I had fun styling all the participants. They all looked glammed-up and photo-ready!

Pastels and Florals

After abstaining from using the internet for a few days, I’m greeting this week with a shower of pastels and florals!

This look makes me want to spend the whole afternoon sitting on a grassy lawn and intoxicating myself with pine scent and floral notes.

And how can I not talk about these adorable sorbet-colored slip-ons which jived perfectly with my top and floral skirt? Don’t you think? ;)

Will you please take me with you?
This ensemble wouldn’t be complete without my pastel satchel from STYLISTA, INC. which surprisingly matched  with my ring! Ha! Talk about pastels from head to toe!

Hope you had a blessed Holy Week. May we continue to live up to Christ’s example of a life dedicated to others and most especially to God. May this be carved in our hearts not only during the Lenten season but in all the days of our lives! ;)

Stylista,Inc. x Orange studio x Something Splendid

I am enthralled to say that Stylista, Inc. collaborated with Kent Lazarraga of Orange Studio and Kaye Ng and Novie Tacugue of Something Splendid to bring you these teal inspired pre-nup shots of the lovely couple, Joel and Christine .

I must say they are the sweetest couple. ♥

The ladies behind Something Splendid  added touches of florals and pastels which all the more remind us of love budding forth in summer. ♥

Kudos to Kent Larrazaga of Orange Studio who captured significant moments like these which the couple will forever cherish.

I and my sister, Ai Atabug of STYLISTA, INC. totally enjoyed playing dress-up with Joel and Christine. We couldn’t be more grateful to Kent, Kaye, Novie and Kim for collaborating with us! :)
